Dahari is celebrating 5 years of collaboration with the Critical Ecosystem Partnership Fund and is presenting the key results of the activities undertaken!

Over the course of these five years, seven co-management agreements for roosting sites have been signed, and 23% of the total population of the Livingstone’s fruit bat is now protected.

32,100 trees have been planted by farmers across 430 hectares of priority watersheds in the Moya forest.

Maps of priority conservation areas have been published for endemic species of butterflies, birds, reptiles, and mammals.

20 people trained as part of the various projects:

Five reforestation committees increased their tree production per nursery from 1,750 in 2016 to 5,000 in 2020, and the survival rate of these trees rose from 68% to 90%.
