The Board of Directors and Management of Dahari met in Mohéli from October 9 to 12 to imagine together the future of the NGO.

Rich and passionate debates took place around the definition of Dahari's new vision and mission, the analysis of problems and solutions and the identification of the most relevant strategy to integrate the improvement of living conditions of the population, the regeneration of key natural resources and the conservation of biodiversity in our actions. It was also a moment of privileged exchanges between the ten managers of the NGO.
The strategic plan is taking shape little by little with the help of all Dahari stakeholders!
