Istafida holds a Bachelor's degree in General Agriculture, obtained in 2024 from the University Institute of Technology and Agronomy of Mahajanga (IUTAM). She then joined Dahari's Agroforestry program in 2026 as a technician. Her work involves monitoring farmer experiments, reforestation campaigns, and providing support to farmers.
