Originally from Adda, Mourdi is an agricultural engineer, a graduate of the Higher Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine in Guinea Conakry. Upon his return to his home country, he became a life sciences and technology teacher at a private school in Salamani, and concurrently founded a farming-focused association in Niumakélé. In 2016, he joined Dahari as an agricultural technician, tasked with mobilising producers, as well as delivering training sessions and carrying out visits in the villages of Moya and Kowé. Today, he works in the villages of Ngandzalé-Slamani-Ouzini.
