After completing her Master's degree (level 2) in Agroecology, Biodiversity and Climate Change at the Higher School of Agronomic Sciences of the University of Antananarivo, Hishma worked at the Bureau d’Étude Environnementale des Comores (BEE) in 2024, before joining Dahari in 2025. She is currently involved in the implementation of the Forests programme regarding forest conservation agreements with farmers.
