A graduate of the University of Comoros, Haboulati joined the NGO Dahari for her first job as a mobiliser on the rural development team. Today, she contributes to the implementation of marine programme interventions in the Moya and Darsalam areas, and is responsible for the participatory mobilisation and awareness-raising of fisherfolk and communities on the implementation of management measures and other activities of the marine programme.
