Abdallah holds a Master’s degree in Geography from the University of Tulear, Madagascar. After returning to the Comoros, he joined Dahari in 2022 for his first professional role. Abdallah works mainly in the municipality of Moya as a technician for the marine programme. He works with local fishermen’s associations to promote marine management initiatives and build the capacity of the associations’ members.
