Ibrahim returned to Anjouan in 2001, after spending three years at the Management Information and Training Centre in Ouagadougou – Burkina Faso. In September 2002, he became the Project Manager of “Revitalization of a Youth Centre in Ouani”, and later became PDLC Animator. In 2007 he became the head of the Anjouan branch of the Decentralized Cooperation Program (PCD) funded by the European Union. In 2012, Ibrahim completed his studies with a degree in Economic and Social Administration (AES) at the University of Comoros. Ibrahim was recruited as Executive Director in June 2013, and is since responsible for the day-to-day management of the NGO and its team, and relations with partners in Comoros. In addition to his professional life, Ibrahim is an activist and member of the House of Organizations of Civil Society (MOSC) and member of the Board of Directors of the association IPAC (Citizens Initiative for a citizen alternative).
