Isabella is a postdoctoral researcher working for Bat Conservation International. She has been working with Dahari since 2018 on research and the protection of Livingstone's fruit bat populations in Anjouan, and, drawing on her expertise in behavioral ecology and conservation, she leads the ongoing GPS tracking study of the bats. With Dahari, she studies bat movements and resource use in the Anjouan landscape. She has also shared insights into Dahari's ecological research, including the annual monitoring of fruit bats, and assists in disseminating research findings to the public.
